Now that the USA 2012 Presidential Election is over, most are giving bad advice trying to explain the Republican loss. The opposition proclaims it won because of its pandering to women in its willingness to pay for their birth control; young and minorities in playing Santa Claus with ‚ÄúObamaphones‚ÄĚ, subsidies of every stripe, etc.; engagement of every lifestyle which flies in the face of those Christian values which their religious preferences illuminate; efforts to take more from the rich to subsidize the desires of others or they were able to capture the sense of the nation‚Äôs changing demographics. Were the Republicans to heed this advice, they‚Äôd be just like the democrats or ‚ÄúDem. lit.‚ÄĚ
Did anyone dare report that the Log Cabin Republicans (gays) so crucial to Reagan’s gubernatorial fortunes in California endorsed Romney?
As the dust settles and final counts come in, analysts aren’t looking at the numbers. As I predicted in my book, Common Sense Conservative Prescriptions Solutions Good For What Ails Us, Book I, the answers are more nuanced and most are not correctly looking at vote tallies. Again as in the 2008 election, the Republicans left their votes on the table with 3 million no shows this time as oppose to 4 million in 2008. The pundits and paid analyst are reading the wrong tea leaves from Karl Rove to Dick Morris to Fox News who lost their objectivity in pushing their books and consulting services or as with the liberal media in trying to shield Obama. Why this trend?
Though the evangelicals tried to stimulate their religious constituencies to vote, others took to heart Jesus‚Äô admonition to ‚ÄúRender unto Caesar‚Äôs the things that are Caesars and to God the things that are of God‚ÄĚ (Mt. 22:21). There is a hard core group of conservatives who would rather die or lose elections than compromise on their beliefs. Following their lead the Republican Party may continue to lose without mastering the art of the deal which now potentially threatens a critical balance on the Supreme Court forever changing the fabric of this nation.
Like many, I am fascinated by the millions who want to revise the Bible and the US Constitution making it say what will justify their lives and lifestyles. The book of Genesis states G-d made man in his own image and ‚Äúthe Chosen People‚ÄĚ are they who must understand that with all of its ramifications. As the Democratic National Convention booing on the insertion of G-d and Jerusalem as the capitol of Israel into their platform demonstrated, it is now clear that man wants to make G-d into man's image.
Jonathan Cahn‚Äôs fascinating book ‚ÄúThe Harbinger‚ÄĚ using the Jewish Calendar and Torah reports on the recorded Ancient Mysteries of Isaiah 9:10 predicting America‚Äôs Future highlighting the impact of 9/11 in ways not previously considered or understood. Matthew 25:13 however notes ‚ÄúWatch therefore, for you know neither the day nor the hour in which the Son of man comes.‚ÄĚ I know not what course other‚Äôs may take, but as for me, Patrick Henry and a few others, ‚ÄúGive me liberty or give me death.‚ÄĚ
Israel has launched two vollies into Syria which may be the start of something big. On which side will the USA stand now that its chief has demonstrated luke warm support for this nation? What is the future for those who do not support Israel?
