Apparently our Founding Fathers believed that there was a God, and that it was He who created this world. So they wrote that: “All men are created equal.” Although their intentions in making this statement was pure and honest, the Bible which talks about the God of creation, clearly states the God only created two people…
Throughout the years, gay activists have been steadily pushing forward same-sex unions, while simultaneously getting gay activist elected to the state legislature. In 2010, during the lame duck session, the Illinois state legislature passed a bill to make same-sex unions legal. Later in the year, Gov. Quinn signed the bill into law. Both the passing of the bill and the signing of it into law were done with very little fanfare, with only a few taking note of the temperature change.
The U.S. 5th Circuit Court of Appeals in Texas gave good reason for celebration for the hundreds of thousands who will arrive in Washington Monday for the 39th annual March for Life.

These remain strong “bridge” issues that unite economic conservatives with social conservatives whenever questions like abortion funding or overturning true marriage are put on the ballot. When pollsters find that Iowa’s likely caucus-goers—including large blocks of Evangelicals, Catholics, and Lutherans—are citing the stricken economy as their greatest concern, this does not mean social issues have been forgotten.
Unfortunately, the Obama administration seems determined to gouge the poor on energy three different ways: high energy costs, disappearing energy-related jobs, and recently reduced aid. These are part of a de-facto “regressive” tax…
It is a fine irony that New York and New England elites, who once prided themselves on being “progressive,” now fear their own citizens. Not one state in New England that has tried to force acceptance of same-sex relationships as marriages has allowed the people to vote. New York joins five other states in overturning marriage laws.
What consenting adults do in the privacy of the bedroom is not my business nor concern. My objection to same-sex marriage comes from a deep Christian faith, love of country and concern for the future of the African-American people.
